This tutorial shows how to fit the Seat and the Seat Post Assembly onto the XE-1.
1. Work Instruction – Fit Seat & Seat Post Assembly
TOOLS REQUIRED

1.1 With the Seat Post Clamp in the open position, push the Seat & Seat Post Assembly into the Seat Tube of the bike Frame.

INFORMATION:To avoid the risk of creating avoidable scratches to the surface of the Seat Post, only insert the Seat & Seat Post Assembly to the desired height and not all the way down. |
1.2 With the Seat & Seat Post Assembly aligned and at the desired height, push the Seat Tube Clamp Lever to the closed position to lock the Seat position.

INFORMATION: If the Seat & Seat Post Assembly is not secure after closing the clamp, use a M4 Hex Key and adjust the Clamp Screw with the Clamp in the open position. Avoid adjusting the Clamp by rotating the handle as this can potentially cause damage to the Seat Tube Clamp. |
