      REMOVE FRONT FOIL

      This tutorial shows how to remove the front foil from the front tiller assembly of the XE-1.

      TOOLS REQUIRED

        M4 Hex Key M6 Countersink Cap Screws – Foil to Tiller Strut


      1. Work Instruction - Remove Steering Fork Assembly with bearings

      1.1 Loosen (anti-clockwise) the M4 x 35mm aluminium screws and remove the screws with a M4 Hex Key.

      1.2 Remove the Steering Fork Tube with bearings by pulling it downwards out of the frame.
